It is possible to achieve skills, practice, test, and attain rank while living a long distance from my school. A number of people have asked about this program and because the interest seems sincere, I have created the opportunity to help meet these needs.
Students of any rank who have trained in Nihon Goshin Aikido and have not completed their training due to moving, work, school closing, politics, change in curriculum, etc. are welcome. We are able to have a live video connection through Skype or FaceTime. Weekend training sessions are available to meet your needs and budget. Make the appointment and I can even arrange lodging nearby. If there are a number of students interested in attending at the same time, I will adjust the cost accordingly. I am keeping these options flexible enough to allow for any serious student to successfully complete their training and have a future in this Art.
1) Students of Nihon Goshin Aikido. You can continue your rank certified training with us. Federation Registration fee of $35 is required. A video connection of 1 hour/month @ $95/month is required. You will need to have a training partner available and keep your appointed time. 1 annual trip to the headquarters school for training and testing is required. Training or testing at other Federated schools that are closer to you may be arranged at my discretion.
2) Students or Instructors of other Arts who would like to learn Nihon Goshin Aikido. An intensive weekend program of 2hrs on Saturday and 2hrs on Sunday or all 4hrs on Sunday. Times can be arranged to accommodate plane flight schedules. $495 fee. If you need to be picked up at the airport and want an hotel room across from the school, a fee of $795 will cover that option. If rank certification is desired, then option 1 will apply.
3) Anyone interested individual wanting to learn NGA, Progressive Fighting Systems, Tai-Chi, Karate, Jujitsu, Jeet Kune Do, Grappling, Street Savvy Practical Self-Defense, etc., can use the video or weekend option as a guide. I will be happy to accommodate any reasonable, serious training inquiry to help advance a person’s quest for knowledge.
